Wholesome food strengthen’s healthy bodies : enjoy it! We fuel our bodies from the foods we choose to eat. They provide the nutrients essential for a healthy and productive life a healthful diet requires good food choices.
Exercise is a choice : practice it! Exercise is one way to start your body moving in the direction of good health. The father of medicine , Hippocrates once said “If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health”.
A positive attitude is life-giving : nurture it! If the thoughts are wrong, the fatigue will be wrong – and thoughts and feeling combined make up the personal character.
